Co-founder
Casey Ryan Quinn, a Pittsburgh-based entrepreneur with an accounting background, co-founded Steelpoint Capital after the success of CityLife Residential. Under his leadership, the company has expanded to 850+ residential units, managing close to $100M in assets within just five years.

Brian Kirchner is the visionary co-founder behind Steelpoint Capital, the #1 real estate investment and lending platform. Since 2019, Brian has spearheaded Steelpoint’s expansion, ensuring investors and borrowers benefit from strategic, data-driven financial solutions that drive long-term success.
T.J. is an experienced real estate professional who was introduced to the industry at a young age. His family began investing in Pittsburgh real estate in 1925 and he continues to grow that legacy. In 2004, T.J. took over a mortgage company which he then owned and operated for the next two years while he was a full-time student at Duquesne University. After graduating with a double major in finance and investment management, TJ shifted his entrepreneurial focus to real estate investment and property management where he ran his own companies for the past 15 years before joining CityLife Residential.
T.J. now resides in North Fayette Township. In his free time he enjoys going out to dinners and country concerts with his wife, Jennifer, as well as coaching his three sons Thomas, Luke and Tucker in football and wrestling.
Peyton was born and raised in central Pennsylvania. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Seton Hill University in 2021, where he was also a member of the collegiate baseball team. In 2022, he continued his academic and athletic pursuits at Radford University, earning an MBA with a concentration in Business Analytics. Following graduation, Peyton began his career as a Credit Analyst at a bank, where his experience underwriting commercial loans sparked a strong interest in real estate.
Outside of work, Peyton enjoys staying active through fitness and disc golf, and values time spent with friends and family.
Chief Investment Officer
With over 15 years of experience in real estate investment and capital markets, Michael plays a key role in structuring and managing Steelpoint Capital’s financial strategies. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a background in Big 4 public accounting, consumer products, and oil & gas, Michael’s expertise ensures data-driven investment solutions that maximize returns.
Asset Manager
Stephanie leads asset management strategies for Steelpoint Capital, ensuring strong ROI on acquired assets and optimizing financial and operational performance for investors. Previously serving as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, she brings extensive experience in finance, operations, and portfolio management, making her a key driver of investor success.
Chief Operating Officer
Zack brings over a decade of leadership experience in operations and business development. Before joining Steelpoint Capital, he served as President at Comtech Industries, focusing on innovation and process optimization. As COO, he is dedicated to scaling operations and maximizing efficiency across investment and lending services.
